Housing program

 Kings County Environmental Health Department performs routine inspections for all the Hotel and Motels in Kings County.

There are approximately 40 hotels and motels in Kings County.

Substandard Housing complaints are also investigated if the home is occupied by tenants.

Kings County Department also conducts lead investigations and Lead testing for suspected homes that may have lead based paints
